Why is your data processed?

Template text — legal bases under Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR: concluding and performing the contract, statutory record-keeping obligations, and establishing or defending claims. Insert a description of the service.

Template instruction: the marketing paragraph (Art. 6(1)(f)) must be deleted if no commercial information is sent. This website currently has no newsletter and sends none.

What data is processed?

Template text. In practice, a purchase through PayPro Global involves the name, e-mail address and billing details you provide at checkout.

Who is the data shared with?

Template text — public authorities, processors acting for the Foundation (IT, archiving, hosting), parallel controllers, and recipients outside the EEA under an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

To add for this site specifically: PayPro Global Inc. (payment processing, Canada) and Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting / CDN).

Is data profiled?

Template text — the template states that data is not profiled. That matches this website, which runs no analytics and no advertising trackers.

What rights do you have?

Template text — access (Art. 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), portability (20), withdrawal of consent (7(3)), objection (21), and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
